While we are “on the go” at our programs, we are often presented with opportunities to sit down and chat with them, which we did recently at our International Program on Crisis Preparedness and Resolution Options in Stockholm. In this podcast, Cecilia Skingsley, Deputy Governor of the Riksbank, discusses the importance of communication in times of financial crisis and stability.
